Aiming at the characteristics of pig slaughter waste in Russia (internal organs, bones, blood, etc.), the production line integrates a pretreatment system, high-temperature and high-pressure sterilization equipment, and animal protein/oil recovery modules to achieve waste reduction, harmlessness, and resource utilization, fully meeting the Russian environmental protection standards and the client’s production capacity requirements for processing pig slaughter waste. 

The group’s technical center and Sunrise’s R&D team have specially optimized the low-temperature resistance design of the equipment and configured a Russian-language intelligent control system to ensure stable operation under extremely cold conditions.
