Chengzhu joins hands with Russian customers to build a 200-ton-per-day pig slaughter waste treatment production line

Amidst the accelerating global upgrade of the environmental protection industry and widespread resource recycling, SunRise, a Chengzhu subsidiary, with leading tech, partnered with a top Russian waste management firm.The firm customized a 200-ton daily intelligent Waste Treatment line for pig slaughterhouse waste.Using Chengzhu’s self-developed PLC system, this line, via core tech innovation, achieved full intelligent upgrading and is expected to be Russia’s livestock waste resource utilization benchmark in Waste Treatment.

With the precise control of the PLC system, the production line realizes the full automation of the pig slaughter waste process from crushing and sterilization to processing into meat and bone meal. The daily processing capacity has steadily reached 200 tons, which is more than 65% more efficient than the traditional processing mode. Only a few staff members are needed per shift to complete the entire monitoring and operation, which greatly reduces labor costs.

Advantages of production line

The production line utilizes a fully enclosed design, coupled with advanced exhaust and wastewater treatment modules, ensuring safe, environmentally friendly, and intelligent operation. This not only significantly improves waste treatment efficiency but also ensures a green and friendly production environment, enabling efficient conversion and resource utilization of pig slaughter waste, truly transforming waste into treasure.

The project has recently entered a critical implementation phase. All equipment has undergone rigorous pre-shipment quality inspections and has recently been loaded and shipped. This shipment, embodying the vision of our collaboration, will be delivered to the Russian client’s construction site via land transport across the border as quickly as possible. The SunRise technical team is fully prepared and will be on-site immediately upon arrival to fully facilitate installation and commissioning, ensuring the smooth and swift commissioning of the production line. The project’s key equipment includes three batch cookers, a disc dryer, and various supporting equipment. This combination will significantly increase daily processing capacity and enhance production efficiency.
